What's a max bid?

A pair of collar tabs constructed of golden yellow wool, with three hand embroidered rank “gulls” in silver-aluminum wire threads, below is an oak leaf half-wreath again in silver-aluminum, the edges are piped with twisted silver-aluminum cord, mounted on a buckram backing, measuring 47.72 mm (w) x 60.54 mm (h), extremely fine.
