What's a max bid?

A pair of collar tabs constructed of golden yellow wool, with rolled, flat, and twisted silver aluminum bullion wire in the shape of two vertically stacked gulls within a wreath of oak leaves, with raised wire accents representing the veins of the wreath, all four sides trimmed in twisted silver aluminum bullion piping, with a standard buckram core, each measures approximately 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
