What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Field Division splinter pattern camouflage shoulder straps, constructed of a grey wool twill base, trimmed with golden-yellow piping, and bearing “B” pattern camouflage dyed on cotton, the reverse of each with an integrated strap, both unmarked and measuring 42 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
