What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Flak Major collar tabs, each constructed of red wool with buckram cores, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
