What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Flight Personnel Oberst collar tabs, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced golden-yellow wool, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), with material fatigue and the remnants of an adhesive on the reverse evident to both, in overall very fine condition.
