What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Flight Personnel Unteroffizier collar tabs, each constructed of golden-yellow wool with card stock cores, pinned with an aluminum insignia, and bearing machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses on two sides, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in better than very fine condition.
