What's a max bid?

Constructed of light brown wool, with rolled, flat, and twisted silver aluminum bullion wire in the shape of a single seagull with an oak wreath base, with raised wire accents representing the veins of the wreath, all four sides trimmed in twisted silver aluminum bullion piping, with a standard buckram core - slightly sticky and marked “110-75-108” on both in black marker, measuring 42 mm (w) x 61 mm (h), in overall mint condition.
