What's a max bid?

Constructed of lemon-yellow cotton fabric, the obverse with twisted, flat, and rolled silver aluminum bullion wires in the shape of a single gull with an oak leaf bushel at the base, with additional embroidery to give the leaves definition, all four sides edged by twisted silver aluminum bullion braid, with a standard buckram core, an uniform removed example, in overall very fine condition.
