What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Medical Service Oberleutnant collar tabs, each constructed of dark blue wool with buckram cores, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and bearing hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire insignia, both unmarked and measuring 45 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
