What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Administration Technical/Ordnance NCO shoulder boards, each constructed of a cardboard-reinforced green wool base, topped by an additional layer of rose-pink wool, bearing grey-blue piping interwoven with silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with two silvered zink rank pips, the reverse of each with an integrated wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), with minor material fatigue and loss of finish to the pips evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
