What's a max bid?

A Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s second pattern visor cap eagle and cockade, the former constructed of aluminum, consisting of a Luftwaffe-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 54 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; the latter constructed of aluminum, consisting of a central raised tri-colour cockade within a stylized oak leaf wreath, flanked on each side by feathered wings, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 142 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
