What's a max bid?

A pair of collar tabs constructed of soft black felt, bordered with navy and light yellow twisted piping, the obverse bears a stamped metal alloy winged wheel and a mobile swastika, the reverse presents a cardboard backerand the attachment prongs of the obverse insignia, measuring 74.03 mm (l) x 40.90 mm (w), very fine.
