A pair of Heer visor cap eagle and cockade sets, including one with an eagle constructed of aluminum, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, with a manufacture year of “39”, measuring 65 mm (w) x 27 mm (h), one of the three attachment prongs is missing, while another has been cut in half, accompanied by a cockade, constructed of aluminum with a red felt centerpiece, within a stylized oak leaf wreath, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, marked “14”, measuring 63 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition, and; one with an eagle constructed of aluminum, the reverse maker marked with the logo of F.W. Assmann & Söhn, Lüdenscheid, with all three reverse attachment prongs intact, the obverse eagle has been ground out, accompanied by a cockade, constructed of aluminum with a red felt centerpiece, within a stylized oak leaf wreath, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, marked “10”, measuring 64 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
