What's a max bid?

Constructed of brown leather, with the remnants of a zipper, measuring 98 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), the exterior decorated with a Reich Labour Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst) cap badge, constructed of aluminum, measuring 46 mm (w) x 39 mm (h); a Kriegsmarine Petty Officer’s insignia, constructed of silvered zink, measuring 23 mm (w) x 30 mm (h); a Kriegsmarine Anti-Aircraft insignia, constructed of bronze, measuring 20 mm (w) x 23 mm (h); a Wehrmacht rank pip, constructed of silvered bronze, measuring 18 mm (w) x 18 mm (l), and; a Kriegsmarine Torpedo Mechanic insignia, constructed of bronze, measuring 57 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), in poor condition.
