What's a max bid?

A set of Turkestan Legion Enlisted Personnel shoulder straps, each constructed of dark green wool, trimmed with steel blue piping, and bearing a single reinforced buttonhole, the reverse of each with an integrated strap with an analogous reinforced buttonhole, both unmarked and measuring 60 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
