What's a max bid?

A pair of DJ/HJ uniform insignia, including a DJ enlisted personnel sleeve badge, constructed of olive-drab rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered red disc overlaid by a white Sig rune, the reverse bearing an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label with a maker’s code of “A4/427” and a secondary code of “287096”, measuring 55 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition, and; a HJ Südost Kärnten (Southeast Carinthia) sleeve triangle, constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered golden-yellow inscription of “SÜDOST KÄRNTEN” within a triangular border, unmarked, measuring 92 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
