What's a max bid?

Eight Second War Kriegsmarine Career Sleeve Insignia - Seven Non-Commisioned Officer's Career Insignia (Aircraft Warning Service; Teletypist; Senior Teletypist; Medical; Engine; Blocking Weapons Mechanic; and Senior Torpedo Engineer) and one Teletypist Enlisted Man's Career Sleeve Insignia. Each patch has a blue embroidered insignia on a white cotton base, unmarked, the NCO's patches are 73 mm x 90 mm each, the EM's patch is 60 mm. Uniform worn, ranging from near fine to better than very fine.
