What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

Eight Second War Kriegsmarine Sleeve Insignia - Six Non-Commisioned Officer's Career Insignia (Navigating Helmsman; Senior Navigating Helmsman; Senior Administrative; Senior Carpenter; Medical; and Coastal Artillery) and two Specialty Trade Badges (Senior Hydrophone; and Weapons Control Troop Training Foreman). The Non-Commisioned Officer's patches have blue embroidered insignias on white cotton bases, the Specialty Trade Badges have red embroidered insignias on white cotton bases, the Non-Commisioned Officer's Senior Administrative patch marked in black ink "15" on the reverse, the others are unmarked, 73 mm x 90 mm each. Uniform worn, ranging from fine to very fine.
