What's a max bid?

Constructed of fine quality twisted and rolled golden bullion wires to form the head, body, and wings of the eagle, as well as the mobile wreathed swastika; with golden celluloid accents on the wings and wreath to give definition; on a dark blue wool backer; with a black cotton backer on the reverse; measuring 97 mm x 42 mm; an uniform removed example; in overall better than fine condition.
