What's a max bid?

A pair of Luftwaffe Sergeant shoulder straps, each constructed of a grey wool base, with a 10 mm-wide silver aluminum bullion machine-embroidered tresse looped around the edges, with dark-blue piping around the edges (indicating Medical), each with a reinforced button-hole and silver aluminum rank pip, measures 43 mm (w) x 115 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
