What's a max bid?

A set of Luftwaffe Flight Personnel Unteroffizier shoulder straps, each constructed of dark grey wool, trimmed with golden-yellow piping, and bearing machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, the reverse of each with an integrated strap bearing a reinforced buttonhole meeting an analogous obverse buttonhole, each with a brown-painted pebbled zink button, both unmarked and measuring 50 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
