What's a max bid?

A grouping of two mint and unissued Luftwaffe trade specialist qualification patches, consisting of 1) A Luftwaffe Flight Personnel trade patch; 2nd pattern (1935-1945); constructed fine quality BeVo style machine embroidery consisting of a four-bladed propeller in the center, flanked by stylized wings in silvery threading; measuring 89 mm x 43 mm. 2) A Luftwaffe Nautical Personnel trade patch; 2nd pattern (1935-1945); constructed fine quality BeVo style machine embroidery consisting of a fouled anchor in the center, flanked by stylized wings in silvery threading; measuring 97 mm x 46 mm; top condition.
