What's a max bid?

(Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps Ärmelschild). Constructed of partially blackened aluminum, the obverse with a central raised NSKK-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, topped by a banner with an inscription of “NSKK”, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “VERKEHRSZIEHUNGSDIENST” (“TRAFFIC EDUCATION SERVICE”), the reverse plain, with three holes for sew-on attachment, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
