Constructed of light blue cotton, the exterior with a white machine-embroidered inscription of “WASSERSTRAßEN-LUFTSCHUTZ” (“WATERWAYS AIR PROTECTION”) in Fraktur script, unmarked, measuring 202 mm (w) x 102 mm (h), minor soiling evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
