What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Badge in fire gilded tombac, solid construction, weighs 20.9 grams, excellent quality, badge retains most of original finish, in extremely fine condition; scarce type. Footnote: Badge is unmarked, but has a distinctive die flaw of the bow of the U-Boat and is sometimes referred to as “Unknown maker (1), variation (2)” –based on the appearance of the eagle and set up on reverse, likely maker of this badge is C.E. Juncker Berlin; see page 58, Weber/Skora, “The Kriegsmarine Awards”.
