What's a max bid?

A mint fine quality manufacture Kriegsmarine High Seas Fleet badge “Flottenkriegsabzeichen” with very fine details; in high quality fire gilded tombac; vertical slender banjo style pin with a barrel hinge and a flat wire catch; marked “Fed. Adolf Bock” for the designer and maker marked “Ausf. Schwerin, Berlin” on the reverse; of note is the signature shorter leg of the letter “A” of “Adolf”; measuring 57.00 mm x 44.00 mm; weighing 32.8 grams; mint condition. Excellent Example!
