What's a max bid?

A textbook example of a second war German Bronze Grade “U-Boot-Frontspange”; in bronze; the obverse with a central laurel wreath with a side profile of a submarine superimposed above two crossed swords, and with six laurel wreaths on either side of the wreath; horizontal tapered pinback with an integral hinge and a crimped round wire catch; maker marked “Schwerin, Berlin” and designer marked “Peekhaus” on the reverse; measuring 76.47 mm x 24.02 mm; weighing 18.8 grams; with approximately 95% of the original finish intact; a gently worn example in near mint condition.
