What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular chain wreath, with a central blockade runner cutting through waves, with the bow overlaid by a German national eagle in mid-flight and clutching a swastika, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked with the logo of A.G. Metall & Kunststoff, measuring 49.72 mm, weighing 38.6 grams, some loss of finish apparent, in overall near extremely fine condition.
