What's a max bid?

(Blockadebrecher Abzeichen). Constructed of silvered and patinated tombak, the obverse consisting of a circular chain link wreath, with a central depiction of a blockade runner cutting through waves, with its bow overlaid by a German national eagle in mid-flight and clutching a mobile swastika in its talons, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, designer marked “OTTO PLACZEK, BERLIN” and maker marked “SCHWERIN, BERLIN”, measuring 48.75 mm in diameter, weighing 36.7 grams, a high-quality Schwerin example in near mint condition.
