What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central depiction of an E-Boat cutting through waves, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, topped by a stabilizing clip, maker marked with the logo of Sohni, Heubach & Co., Oberstein, measuring 44.97 mm (w) x 53.12 mm (h), weighing 24.0 grams, minor loss of finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
