What's a max bid?

In gilded and patinated feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a German national eagle, with a central destroyer cutting through waves, its bow extending beyond the wreath, the reverse with a horizontal barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Josef Feix & Söhne, Gablonz, measuring 45.24 mm (w) x 54.15 mm (h), weighing 24.4 grams, in better than very fine condition.
