What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered feinzink, consisting of an oak leaf wreath with a German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika at the top, depicting a side-view of a destroyer cutting through a wave, with the bow of the ship extending over the wreath, reverse presents plain with a centre catch for stabilization, with a barrel hinge and horizontal tapering pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked “Schwerin, Berlin 68”, measuring 45.39 mm (w) x 53.59 mm (h), weighing 23.5 grams, in extremely fine condition.
