What's a max bid?

Constructed of zink, the obverse consists of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central frontal battleship cutting through waves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Friedrich Orth, Wien, measuring 44.06 mm (w) x 57.47 mm (h), weighing 24.0 grams, evidence of period repair to the reverse, otherwise in very fine condition.
