What's a max bid?

Constructed of a gilded and silvered zink alloy, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a frontal depiction of a battleship cutting through waves, the reverse with a block hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, designer marked “ADOLF BOCK”, maker marked “SCHWERIN, BERLIN”, measuring 43.90 mm (w) x 57.15 mm (h), weighing 28.4 grams, the badge is most of the gilt finish has been lost, in overall better than very fine condition.
