What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a frontal depiction of a battleship cutting through waves, the reverse with a block hinge, maker marked “SCHWERIN, BERLIN”, measuring 43.86 mm (w) x 57.09 mm (h), weighing 31.7 grams, the badge is missing its pinback and catch, an example of Schwerin’s type 3 variation in very fine condition.
