What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central destroyer cutting through waves and with its bow extending beyond the wreath, the reverse with a block hinge and horizontal banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, topped by a stabilizing pin, maker marked with the logo of Gebrüder Wegerhoff, Lüdenscheid, measuring 44.96 mm (w) x 54.14 mm (h), weighing 25.1 grams, a high-quality Wegerhoff piece in near mint condition.
