What's a max bid?

(U-Boot-Kriegsabzeichen). Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a central U-Boat on a hollow background, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked with LDO code “L/56” for Funcke & Brüninghaus, Lüdenscheid, measuring 49.12 mm (w) x 40.64 mm (h), weighing 21.7 grams, most of the gilt finish has been lost, in overall near extremely fine condition.
