What's a max bid?

(U-Boot-Frontspange). Constructed of bronzed zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by crossed swords, topped by a Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by side oak leaves, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, designer marked “PEEKHAUS”, maker marked “SCHWERIN, BERLIN”, measuring 76.34 mm (w) x 24.02 mm (h), weighing 19.5 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
