What's a max bid?

(U-Boot-Kriegsabzeichen). Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath topped by a Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, overlaid with a central U-Boat, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, marked with the logo of maker Gebrüder Wegerhoff, Lüdenscheid, measuring 48.74 mm (w) x 39.26 mm (h), weighing 18.2 grams, most of the gilt finish has been lost, in overall very fine condition.
