What's a max bid?

(Kriegsabzeichen für Hilfskreuzer). Constructed of zink, the obverse with a Viking longship sailing over the northern hemisphere of the globe, with an oval border of oak leaves, and a national eagle at the top of the badge clutching a mobile swastika, the barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44.17 mm (w) x 56.74 mm (h), weighing 34.0 grams, with its original cellophane pocket of issue, in very fine condition.
