What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, obverse depicts frontal battleship cutting through waves, within an oak leaf wreath, topped by Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical banjo-style pinback, marked with designer “Adolf Bock” and manufacturer “Schwerin, Berlin”, measuring 44.01 mm (w) x 57.00 (h), weighing 34.2 grams, reverse catch missing, otherwise in better than very fine condition.
