Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, with a central anchor overlaid by a mobile swastika, the reverse with dual attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 26.30 mm in diameter, weighing 2.3 grams, accompanied by a period original length of ribbon, with oxidation and loss of finish evident throughout, in overall very fine condition.
