What's a max bid?

A Luftwaffe “Flak Abzeichen”; an oval silvered zink wreath consisting of oak leaves, with a Luftwaffe eagle on the on the top of the badge clutching a swastika, and a Flak 88 facing towards the top right, with the barrel extending past the badge; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin, a sheet metal hinge, and a round wire catch; measuring 64 mm x 44 mm; weighing 32 grams; with all of its silver wash worn off; in near very fine condition.
