Constructed of an oval aluminum oak and laurel wreath, tied together at the base using three ribbons, with an eagle clutching a mobile swastika superimposed on the badge; the reverse plain, with two rivets for attachment of the eagle to the wreath; with a vertical pinback, a barrel hinge and a round wire catch; maker marked “C.E. Juncker, Berlin” on the reverse; measuring 53.73 mm (w) x 54.42 (h); weighing 15.0 grams; in better than extremely fine condition.
