What's a max bid?

(Frontflugspange für Kampf- und Sturzkampfflieger in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed tombak, the obverse with a central downward-pointing winged bomb and a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath, with nine laurel leaves on either side, reverse with a horizontal pinback and a barrel hinge meeting a round wire catch, maker marked on reverse “G.H. Osang, Dresden”, measuring 76.76 mm (w) x 25.85 mm (h), weighing 20.2 grams, in extremely fine condition.
