What's a max bid?

A Combined Pilot and Observer Badge, constructed of nickel-silver and tombac, with a narrow version oak leaf wreath bearing a stylized J-1 type Luftwaffe eagle clutching a hand-filed mobile swastika, the reverse presents with a barrel hinge accommodating a vertical pinback with a rounded tip meeting a field-repaired replacement round wire catch, two rivets at the top half of the reverse of the wreath securely hold the obverse eagle in position, the obverse of the eagle is stamped with a maker’s mark of C.E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 66.04 mm (h) x 53.44 mm (w), weighing 32.4 grams, and in better than extremely fine condition,
