A Luftwaffe Marksmanship Lanyard, Grade I, consisting of an aluminum insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath, with a central cut-out Luftwaffe eagle clutching a swastika in its talons, affixed with four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of interwoven blue-grey cord with silver aluminum wire cords in a zigzag pattern, with a slide constructed of wood covered in thin silver-grey cords in a zigzag pattern, unmarked, the reverse is backed with a blue-grey felt behind the aluminum badge, measuring 476 mm (l) , very fine.
