What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered and patinated nickel-silver; two-piece construction, with a wreath consisting of laurel leaves on the left side of the wreath, and oak leaves on the right side of the wreath, with a mobile swastika on the bottom of the wreath, and an eagle superimposed onto the badge holding lightning bolts in its talons; the reverse plain, with a vertical needle style pinback, a barrel hinge, and a round wire catch; maker marked with the logo of “F.W. Assmann & Söhne” on the reverse; measuring 42.91 mm (w) x 53.24 mm (h); weighing 40.7 grams; in overall extremely fine condition.
