What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered and patinated tombac; the obverse consisting of a wreath of oak and laurel leaves, with a mobile swastika on the bottom of the wreath and an eagle that was separately applied onto the wreath; the reverse plain, with two rivets visible; with a vertical needle style pin, with a barrel hinge and a round wire catch; maker marked with the logo of “F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid” on the reverse; measuring 42.72 mm (w) x 53.42 mm (h); weighing 42.0 grams; in overall near mint condition.
