What's a max bid?

Manufactured without lightning bolts in silvered and patinated zink; the obverse consisting of an oak and laurel wreath with a mobile swastika at the base, with an eagle superimposed on the badge; the reverse plain, with two rivets for the attachment of the eagle, with a vertical pin, a barrel hinge, and a flat wire catch; marked “Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid” on the reverse; measuring 41.11 mm (w) x 53.49 mm (h); weighing 26.0 grams; the wreath slightly bent; in overall better than very fine condition.
